PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING TERMS

1. I, by partaking in the activities of the MS Central Coast Branch’s MS awareness day on 7 July 2024 at Shelly Beach SLSC or otherwise by signing the appended consent, voluntary agree and give consent to the MS Central Coast Branch, its committee members, agents and or contractors (hereinafter jointly referred to as “MS”) to collecting images or recordings whether audio visual, audio, or visual by taking and obtaining photographic,  video, digital recordings or images of me  and or my minor child (“images and recordings”).

2. I agree that MS is and will be entitled to use, publish or reproduce the images and recordings in any form or part and by any media, including but not limited to third party social media pages and sites, webpages, printed media, posters, newsletters, brochures, advertisements (radio, television or printed) for all lawful purposes that includes but are not limited to public relations, reports, documents, promotions. Commercial and advertising purposes and to retain or store the images and recordings in print or digitally.

3. The rights granted under this consent are perpetual and will not entitle me to receive any benefit, payment, royalty or other consideration from MS or any third parties in connection with the making, storage, use of the images and recordings.

4. I agree that where applicable MS will be entitled to use and disclose my name, image or voice when using the images and recoding as envisaged in this consent terms.

5. I acknowledge and agree that images and recordings and the use thereof where it refers to me, expressly or by implication will at the time of the publication be made in good faith and that it is not intended to defame or offend me or bring me into disrepute.

6. I agree that MS will hold all copyright in the images and recordings.

We, MS Central Coast Branch are collecting your personal information in order to enable us to use the images and recordings in promotional materials. You agreeing to this is done voluntary and note that the information may be made available and disclosed in promotional material. We undertake to retain and store the information where applicable safely and make same available to you on application for access to the information.
